The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of TinkerBots Innovation Labs and its licensors.

• All curricula, training materials, and educational content are proprietary
• Lab designs and technical specifications are protected intellectual property
• The TinkerBots name, logo, and branding are registered trademarks
• Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission

For our educational services and programs:

• Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice
• Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements
• Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in contracts
• Refunds are handled according to specific service agreements
• All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated

We strive to provide reliable and high-quality services:

• Lab setup projects will be completed within agreed timelines
• Training programs will be delivered by qualified instructors
• Technical support will be provided during business hours
• We aim for 99% uptime for our digital services
• Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance

In no event shall TinkerBots Innovation Labs, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the service, to understand our practices.

We comply with applicable data protection laws and maintain appropriate security measures to protect your personal information.

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, if you:

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of India, specifically the laws of Tamil Nadu, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.
